Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://sweetpeassqueakyclean.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Sweetpea’s Squeaky Clean markets and arranges Residential Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://sweetpeassqueakyclean.com is the property of Sweetpea’s Squeaky Clean or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Sweetpea’s Squeaky Clean does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Sweetpea’s Squeaky Clean arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sweetpea’s Squeaky Clean from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Choice of Law. PA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of PA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
